Megan coffman had beautiful virgin hair so she was the perfect model. I wish I had taken a before picture but the results were beautiful and perfect for a teenager that wants highlights without high-maitenance upkeep.

What is Beauty?

I always enjoy watching the Dove videos. They are a great reminder to not compare ourselves to something superficial like the media. And hopefully we can have enough love and respect for ourselves to not compare, period!

Beauty is the quality or aggregate of qualities in a person that gives pleasure to the senses or pleasurably exalts the mind or spirit.

I feel the world’s standard of beauty has become unreachable unless you have $ for plastic surgery or a computer to wipe away your flaws. Suze Orman has become one of my favorite women and her book called Women & Money is definitely at the top of my list. In her book she talks about 8 qualities we as women should always carry with us. The 8th quality is Beauty, I absolutely love her view on it!

“Beauty is what you create when you incorporate the other seven qualities into your life. When you take the steps to have harmony, balance, courage, generosity, happiness, wisdom, cleanliness and beauty in your life, you will exude confidence.
